Returns Policy
✔ Goods can be returned within 7 days from the purchase date for a valid reason.
✔ Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all packaging and tags intact.
✔ Any missing or lost orders during transit must be reported to us via email at info@zaghou.co or through our WhatsApp support at +971 507024641. An investigation will be conducted before any action is taken.
✔ Refunds are not guaranteed for lost orders until a full investigation is completed. The investigation process takes up to 30 working days from the date of purchase.
✔ Orders that are tracked as delivered will not be refunded. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct delivery address to avoid misdelivery.
Exchange Policy
✔ Exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the purchase date.
✔ Items eligible for exchange must be unused and in their original condition.
✔ Exchange and refund requests are subject to approval by the Zaghou Quality Control Team. Any non-qualifying items will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
✔ Customized items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Refund Policy
✔ Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days and credited to the original payment method.
✔ Zaghou reserves the right to deny exchange or refund requests if the returned merchandise does not meet our return and exchange policy criteria.
